Reservations and payments

To confirm a reservation, a previously agreed deposit must be made.

The remaining payment must be made before the start of the trip or at the time indicated by the agency.
Cancellations and changes

Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

Depending on how far in advance you book, management fees or penalties may apply.

The agency reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure.
Responsibility

Nomad Expeditions 4×4 It acts as an intermediary between travelers and local providers (hotels, transport, guides).

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations by third parties, or circumstances beyond our control.
Travel insurance

We recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance that covers accidents, illnesses, baggage, and cancellations.
Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
